Indirapuram has become hot property since the Ghaziabad Development Authority(GDA) opened it for auction in 2003. It is spread of 1,300 acres and has existing or upcoming townships from over 40 builders.

With NH-24 running alongside, Indirapuram’s road connectivity is good. The City center of this region, Connaught Place in New Delhi, is about 40 minutes away, as are Lajpat Nagar and South Extensions in South Delhi, Noida’s electronic city, home to a number of software majors and educational institutions , is right across the highway, while Kausambhi, Vaishali, Ghaziabad are within 10 minutes’ distance. A world class integrated township, Crossings Republic, is coming up on the other side of NH-24 which is within 3 km distance.
