     VASUNDHARA

The most important aspect of this area is that it has ready to move in properties in the secondary market. Apart from the old housing societies of Vaishali, Vasundhara offers newer constructions from private developers. Gardenia Group is coming up with a housing project in Sector 3 on a plot area of 5.5 acres ( Approx), will be having about 600 flats of 2 and 3BHK.

While Vaishali holds great promises, it faces great challenges as well: narrow roads that are badly maintained and rampant encroachments. The only good points are its affordable rate and connectivity. While Indirapuram although very close to NH.24 , suffering from lack of proper infrastructure, like extensive pressure on roads, sewerage lines and water supply lines lesser green/open areas. There are lots of green areas in the entire region. As all Group Housing plots have been planned four side open in contrary of Indirapurm & Vaishali .

Big Attraction:
Wide roads and virtually no encroachment There is no village in this colony. Most of the areas is plotted development so living in a high rise would be pleasure experience here. Excellent town planning by Awas Vikas is the biggest attraction.

All odd numbered sectors are canal side and even numbered are along the Link Road. A 150 sq ft wide road separates the two sides.
